About Jesse
Dr. Jesse Scott Leontowicz MD, BScH
Dr. Jesse Leontowicz is a dedicated physician in training, educator, and community advocate with a passion for making a meaningful impact. Born and raised in the prairies of Saskatchewan, Canada, he holds a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Saskatchewan (2019) and a Bachelor of Physiology and Pharmacology (Honours) from the same institution (2014).
Medical Experience
Dr. Leontowicz has gained extensive clinical experience, providing care in:
- Over 20 hospitals across five provinces.
- Rural clinics and Indigenous communities in Saskatchewan.
- As a ski medic, offering emergency medical assistance on the slopes.
- He has received offers to study at several prestigious medical schools including: University of Toronto, University of British Columbia, Northern Ontario School of Medicine University, University of Limerick, and Trinity College in Dublin.
Personal Interests
Outside of his professional work, Dr. Leontowicz enjoys spending time with his family and dog, playing hockey, snowboarding, and traveling the globe to explore new cultures.
